The staff at the hotel was not very welcoming or accommodating. It’s a beautiful hotel but the experience was not wonderful. The food was TERRIBLE and expensive.

lyn the bartender by the pool always outstanding friendly excellent service, i've been going there for the last four years and she makes feel special the way every employee should be to keep customers returning, we had dinner on the rooftop on friday, the service was slow it seems they don't have enough waiters but our waiter was nice apologize and gave us a free dessert and in the steak house Saturday the food was good and service, but i am really dissatisfied with breakfast to start i never seen a long line just to get a table, again it seems they don't have enough employees they were plenty of empty tables with dirty dishes that it took forever to clean up, they don't have a cook like before who used to make omelets for us they just some eggs which taste nasty, never again i'll have breakfast in there i rather pay a uber to go anywhere else than pay $35 dollars for a lousy breakfast

The bar closes way to early 11:30….. the time I was there in a time span of 30 min at least 40-50 people were turned away because the bar was closed. I mean it f only the bar would stay open till 2:00 it would have been a great stay !!!!
