You have to pay $20 for parking, but the hotel is awesome and clean. Staff is friendly. Gym is decent. The bed sleeps well. Very good value.

Very pleasant location
This is the second time I have stayed here and I like it even more now. Very clean, comfortable rooms, the staff is very nice. Decent, basic hotel breakfast. But most of all I really like that it is located in a nice little neighborhood. Something about waking up in a cozy neighborhood just starts my day out great. And it's very convenient with at least 2 very good restaurants located within walking distance.

The rooms were not very soundproof. I could clearly hear the conversations in the rooms around mine, making it difficult to sleep. Also, I did not realize there was a $20 parking fee at the hotel.
