Shower needs safe bar to avoid accident. Sink water too slow. Cleanness of Shared soap, shampoo, etc are questionable. Shower need door. This hotel is getting cheap compare to condition in last year. Should go back. Don’t be so cheap.

This was the 3rd stay here in the past three years while visiting family in Westwood. This business class hotel is excellent and I enjoy walking the UCLA campus every morning. The restaurant Platiea is excellent with wonderful staff and good bar staff.

Beautiful property right in the heart of Westwood and UCLA. Easy parking, clean and very comfortable room with great service and "no tipping" policy. Restaurant, bar, fitness center, convenient walk to Westwood Village...we will go back next month!!

I chose the property for its good reviews and proximity to the 405 freeway not realizing that it was a large UCLA conference center. That being said, it’s a beautiful building with very nice rooms and welcoming front desk staff. I would stay there again, but with the hesitation that parking is very limited for the size of the property and first come first serve. Also, though my breakfast was delicious, the woman who waited on me was barely cordial and greeted me with “what do you want”. Not the kind of service I would expect for the prices being charged on the menu. Perhaps the restaurant management could lead some customer service training.

WE have stayed at the Luskin Hotel several times and every stay is exceptional. Starting with the valet Milton who is warm friendly and very helpful. Hotel room was beautiful, linens fabulous, we art at the restaurant with three friends and our servers and food were wonderful. all good. We stay there whoever we have medical appts for my husband at UCLA but we would stay even if we just wanted a short get away.

Very nice hotel on the UCLA campus near the hospital and Jules Stein Eye Institute! The only negative was the shower: instead of a hand shower or a combination, the bathroom only had a small shower head positioned very high. I had an eye surgery and needed to be able to shower below the head which was absolute impossible. I really hate the fact that so many American hotels have neither hand showers nor bidets.

A solid campus stay
The hotel is quite beautiful for an on campus hotel compared to other university sites. The negatives were too soft of pillows, no fridge and housekeeping knocking despite the sign. The positives are a clean stay with onsite parking very close to sporting venues and quick eats.
