When you’re spending over $600 a day for the room and hotel fees, you would expect so much more. The rooms are tiny. There are no amenities in the building. They charge you $30 a day which they say is for food credit or something and there is only one place to really eat and it’s hardly open at all. I will never come back and stay at this place. I was staying for the convention center, but there are plenty of other great hotels in the area. Do not waste your time at this one if you want a room, the size of a closet and again with very little amenities than this is fine. Also, downtown LA is a very rundown bad place the people outside the hotel have no problem being aggressive as many of them are homeless.

I love this place. Services were amazing!! We arrive 5 hrs before my check in, and the give a room early. Plus a complementary 1:00 pm check up! Spanish front desk scooted me to next door elevator to guide find the restaurant!! I definitely recommend and planning to go back for sure.

0 tolerance for early check in when you’re flight arrives early is unacceptable for the price Moxy hotel charges per night. The staff is not friendly whatsoever and seems to have an attitude for no reason. Most staff members would say “Good morning” or “Welcome” as you walk through the door but not here. They just stare and make you feel uncomfortably awkward. If you’re looking for the same treatment you’d receive at your local Popeyes and want to stay at a hotel that makes you feel you’re sleeping overnight at a strip club then this is definitely the place for you 💯
