There was renovation happening during my stay, msainly on the lobby. I did not hear any noise on my room, but there was loud construction noise at breakfast on the decond day of my stay. You had to be careful walking around the lobby, etc. I wish I was warned about this ahead of time. The staff did upgrade my room which was a plus.

Overall a 5/5 stay I stayed there because I had a concert at the crypto.com arena! It was less than a five minute drive from the arena a lot of stuff to do around the hotel. Only downside, but not really a downside is you do have to pay for parking in their parking garage but not too bad because you’re in the safety of a parking garage.

Great location for all downtown LA adventures. Bummed that the traffic noise (on a Saturday night) kept waking us up - we had a nice room facing the street. Bar and restaurant were undergoing renovations - but looks like it will be really nice once complete - will be back!

The rooms are nice but surrounding night work is quite distracting. The lobby and restaurant is under construction so that’s not good. The elevator is unpredictable as I got stuck in the basement. Breakfast is too late in the mornings.

My reservation had issues but they fixed it right away . Staff was friendly and nice . The restroom door in our room was difficult to open/close. The location was perfect for the events we went too.

I was enticed by the photos to stay here but once I arrived, bar was getting remodeled and it should have been stated. Lobby area was extremely small and nothing like the photos. I was disappointed.

We booked a double room and it was clean and spacious with 2 bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms! The only cons have nothing to do with the hotel. The closest overnight parking is $30 and outside of the hotel is a tad dingy but it’s DTLA and comes with the territory. My family and I felt safe walking at night to local stores and the mall which is only a 3 minute walk. Will definitely stay at this location again.
