Do not stay here. Noisy - can hear every car plane and train around. First room had a very leaky bathtub took long time to get maintenance to. Wrist it and move our room next roof where we could hear him banging on the plumbing repair. Hot tub not heated at all (per staff). Bath water lukewarm. Asked for a 3am wake up call for an early flight- their call came in at 2am which was not appreciated after such a noisy night to begin with. Facility run down and definitely not up to Ramada usual standards. We will not return here

The property was in terrible condition. Ice machines where broken, old mattresses in the parking area, trash around the grounds and dirty towels in the room. I was there with my 91 year old mother, and within an hour, the elevator stopped working. I had to check out the next morning to go to another hotel. The 3 days I paid for I did not get back, along with what I paid for the other hotel. This property needs to be inspected.

The patkung lot was clean and well lued at night, the hit tub didnt work no one was in the reception area when i whent ti ask if they could heat it up. The shawor was sprayingvall ocer the place, the water pressure wasn't good, it tookna ling time for hit water and when i did get some it was nit enough for the second person to shiwer. The room had a smell of wet when we entred.

DO NOT EVER BOOK A ROOM HERE. WYNDHAM SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO ALLOW THIS PLACE TO BE OPEN. THE LINEN WAS OLD AND WORN. THE ROOM REEKED OF SMOKE. THE PROPERTY WAS JUST FILTHY. JUST DONT STAY HERE. EVER

Being I was only getting the room for the night and for the use of the hot tub with in the room I was very disappointed at the fact the hot water wasn’t working as well as it had in the past so it was a huge issue I had being the water was Luke warm at best.
