We had two rooms in our room. In the back room nothing worked. The air didn't work, the tv didn't work. There werw no remotes in the room initially. The phone didnt work as well.

Maybe little flexible on breakfast rules. During our stay a friend forgot to read the rules that you can’t make a plate to take out. He accidentally made 2 plates for his wife. Rather than letting it go, the owner rather have the food thrown out in trash because my friend couldn’t eat it all. I don’t think people would abuse it if rule is in place but every now and then people overlook the sign. But to practice being flexible rather have people throw out their food shows compassion.

The property was NOTHING as described. The pool was NASTY and the room was awful. It was dirty and smelled. Also, the A/C unit in my room was so loud, I couldn’t sleep. I was going to stay for three nights. I checked out after the first night. The person at the front desk told me I could get a refund, all Expedia had to do was request it and it would be approved. I reported it to Expedia and they said they had to ask the property for the refund and they REFUSED. So, now I am contacting American Express and will deny the entire charge because of how awful it was. Don’t stay there, unless you want to catch something…

The pool was dirty ( I CLEANED IT), hot tub broken, bath tub was broken, elevator broken down between floors while we were on it, ice machine broke, Dirty unsafe water in room, neighbors fighting and screaming at all hours, neighbors smoking in rooms, very very limited breakfast. I'm sure I'll remember more later 😮‍💨
