This was second time staying at this place, for just over 120$ a night, it’s a good deal: expect that the shower water turned warm and cold a few times during shower!!

My overall review could have easily been at 5 stars; however, the room i was placed in had no hot water nor did the heater work. Needless to say, my stay was not the most comfortable. Calling the front desk was no help. After informing the clerk of the issues I was experiencing, he made no attempts to offer me another room as a courtesy, but instead just said, "I guess this room doesn’t have heat" and left it at that. Very disappointing to say the least.

I thought that I was safe booking a Ramada, even though the price was so low I was hesitant that it would be nice. Nope, you get what you pay for. I do not recommend. Although the room was clean, it smelled like cigarette smoke and the carpets felt gross. There was blood and other stains (!) on the curtains and multiple cigarette burns on the bedside table. There were no bed pillows, just throw pillows wrapped in cases and when I requested bed pillows via the text exchange that the hotel initiated, the bot immediately responded how sorry they were and that they would send pillows right away. Hours later, still no pillows and I was exhausted and went to sleep. Signs warning of the dangers of sex trafficking adorn the lobby and some of the guests were clearly previously unhoused or recently evicted as their luggage was trash bags. No shade on them, life can be hard, but I didn't feel safe at the hotel as a single woman nor would I EVER bring my family there. It is cheap but also pretty gross. I would not recommend or book again.

Great location, not so great inside
Check-in was great. We were able to do an early check-in and the front desk attendant was very friendly and had great customer service. The room however was very outdated. The bathroom had cockroaches. The light switch was broken and the shower had hair on the soap dish. Room was spacious and had a lot of potential but it was not what we expected.
