There was an issue with the toilet constantly running so I turned it off at the wall. The handicap shower was ok but the water got all over the floor , I guess that is why they had a second drain in the middle of the floor

There breakfast for the amount of money we paid they served us in paper plates . And there were no good selection of food the oatmeal was hard like a rock . No fruit and my cleaning lady never came on my second day to make an our beds . We choose a place to relax and enjoy I will never stay here again.

Great Views and Location Across from Long Beach
Great location near Queen Mary and lots of walking paths. We stayed 12 days with two dogs and the room was comfy and staff were super friendly and helpful throughout. During the holidays (with some off days and with our schedule and dogs) it was hard to get our room scheduled for cleaning when it worked for us and they only cleaned once in 12 nights. We also found the breakfast to be really tiresome and reduced from what it was in times past at other residence inns. But it was a great pet friendly stay that we enjoyed.

It's a nice property. Pretty close to a bunch of attractions but it's also pretty car dependent. Nothing is walking distance.

The scenery around the hotel is breathtaking but there is nothing near the hotel for about two to three miles. Thankfully we could walk to the Port of Long Beach to get on our cruise.
