The accomodations we stayed in was actually a two bedroom apartment. Two bedrooms, full kitchen with all utensils, and three TVs. The price was great.

Whale of a bed
"Yo, so I checked into this joint, the Residence Inn in Ontario. You know, for Escape Rave. Secure parking, check. Close to the venue, check. But the bed, man, the bed was a different story. If the bed wasn't broken before we broke it now. I swear, it was quieter during the actual rave than it was when I was trying to get some. It was like a dying whale every time I rolled over. I was half expecting it to spray water, . I'm surprised the fire alarm didn't go off. Love the stove for the munchies.

Disgusting grounds, dirty ceiling, yuck!
I've stayed at other Residence Inns and they were really nice. This place was disgusting on the outside, the stairs, railings, landscaping were horrible. I didn't even want to touch the handrails. There were stains and trash and broken glass on the ground. I stayed in a "penthouse" and the ceiling had dirt hanging down from the all the dirt on the ceiling fan spewing it everywhere. The otttoman was peeling off it's fabric and the 2 bar stools were even worse. I didn't even want to touch them. The fireplace was dirty on the outside, not just the inside that needed a good cleaning and a paint job. The sheer curtain was completely missing on the upstairs room. I just couldn't get over how gross the grounds were. There was a bottle cap on the stairs and a plastic fork by the front door along with a window screen propped up on the entrance railing which I didn't understand at all. The whole place needed a good scrub down inside and out.

Older property. Staff doing the best they can with a place that is due for an update. Quiet, near airport super close to two freeways. Acceptable food in area. Possibly walkable to Ontario convention center. 2 min (literally) to Starbucks or In n out.

Don't like being charged for parking
The stay way great only thing is being charged for parking is ridiculous. How else are you supposed to reside at the motel? You come in a vehicle but you have to pay for your vehicle to be on the property

Paid for a room got a no vacancy sign!
Arrived there after paying in full upfront only to find out they zero rooms available! I was told to call customer service to fix the problem because there was nothing they could do. So I call customer service and for the next two hours I’m talking with them in ten second intervals in between being put on hold for 30 min intervals! It was just past midnight when they finally managed to get me into a room without even an apology!

The penthouse was very spacious and clean. Some of the room seemed outdated, for example the phone not working. Loved the hotel overall and would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends and family.
