0/10 DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Last minute booking with literally minutes before 12am, needed a place to rest. Front desk guy was rude right from the start. Booked 2 rooms but guy only first gave me 1 until I let them know I paid for 2 already. His whole demeanor came off rude. Asked if i could get a room on the bottom floor, handicap or not but insisted they had nothing. It was then that my party and I contemplated getting a refund and then he magically found a handicap room in seconds. Crazy. Room reeked of cigarettes, was dark and had stains of I don't know what all over the walls. No remote for the tv. Bed was lumpy. Only left 1 towel. And door lock didnt look very secure. My party in the other room didnt even stay in their room because it was so horrible, so they stayed with us. It was just bad. Upon returning the room key, i checked out the free breakfast, coffee in small thermals, and make your own waffles. Thats all i could see. Comples waste of money in my eyes, never again.

I didnt even. stay there because is was so nasty and scary area, the building looks condemned. Never ever would I recommend this place. Bugs in rooms and fridge not plugged in, shower was broken bathroom dirty!

I've stayed at this hotel in the past and it was pretty good not the best but good. However its been a long time and i have to say it went down hill. As soon as went in the bathro saw 2 roaches and another two by the tv its sad how bad it went down. Then to have housekeeping just use their key to open my door before its even check out see we are still in There then close it and walk away is ridiculous. Won't be comimg back here again

The shower did not work at all,duct tape holding it together. The toilet did not flush fully. The tv did not work.There was no hot water and then when there was it was too hot. Other people's hair on the pillow and the towels. Waited in lobby for at least 5 minutes to tell. Whoever was on duty about the issue, but no one was there. Lights on in parking lot all night. It is close to magic mountain and if you need a place to stay, there is a bed at least the pillows are not comfortable whatsoever.

Never, Never, Never Stay Here!
Tho has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, the room had the most antique A/C unit I’ve ever seen, I never thought those still existed, the walls in the bathrooms all damaged, when you turned on the hot water in the shower Sounded like the pipes were going to explode. The linens with holes cause by cigarette burns. We asked for 3 towels and the didn’t have enough, The pool out of service. To be honest, this place shouldn’t even be listed, and to make the things even worse… the door lock wasn’t working.

Rooms were nice and clean. One had dark green walls, and I preferred the room with lighter walls, but they were both good. Pool was out of service, disappointed my kids. Breakfast was ok, waffles, juice and cereal. I don't recommend coming with young children- the way people drive in the parking lot was way too fast and not aware of others. A lot of people outside at night, a little noisy.

The property is tired looking. Nice little pool but it needs work and the grounds are littered with cigarette butts, despite lots of ash cans available. I think they do their best. We were pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately we had a toilet back up around 8pm, but luckily we were directly above the office (water was leaking through) so the front desk was knocking before we even had a chance to call for help. He unlocked and moved us immediately to an adjacent room while apologizing profusely and the rest of our stay was uneventful.
