The staff was so nice and helpful, and the room clean and comfortable. My kids loved the swimming pool and the shuttle to and from Universal Studios was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Very conveniently located within walking distance of many food options and other facilities. Staff were always friendly and helpful. It was great to be able to book the free shuttle service to Universal Studios and the local airport (not LAX!) Laundry facilities onsite were also good.

I would have liked better pillows. Other than that the property was convenient to shopping, coffee and a restaurant that was associated with the hotel. The free parking was also a great benefit! The staff wee very nice! I would recommend this hotel!

What a great place to stay! Looks just like the pictures. Clean, friendly staff, bicycles on site to use, shuttle to Universal Studios. Pool and a rooftop deck, great little hidden gem! If I had to pick something to nitpick it with be changing beds from full sixmze to queen size.
