If you're flying in to LA and need somewhere close by, our home is a mere 25 minutes from LAX, and 15 from Long Beach Airport. The garage is also built to accommodate 2 cars with more parking in front by the street.

There are RING cameras on the front porch and the back alley for yours and our safety. We do not recommend this place for the elderly and younger children as the house has a lot of stairs, and neither is the house child-proof.

Please, treat the home as if it were yours and take care of all the appliances you use. If you do use the barbecue grill, please make sure you clean it up after each use.

Also, please respect the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Excellent New Townhouse in up and coming San Pedro, Ca location.
San Pedro is in the midst of a transformation. This new townhouse with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms plus laundry room on the same floor as the bedrooms was impeccable. It is close to San Pedro restaurants and watering holes. There is also a private rooftop terrace on the 4th level. We were too busy to try it. The two car garage is nice with a Tesla EV charger. Hosts Stanley and Anne very responsive to all questions in timely fashion.

Great location
I stayed with my yacht racing crew. We chose this property as it had enough beds at a reasonable cost. House was clean and the beds were comfortable. Well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. We enjoyed staying here.

Great place!
Great location, great stay, easy communication with owner. It was a little cold to enjoy the rooftop but it was beautiful. Stocked with everything we needed. Easily walkable to restaurants and convenient store for last minute items. The only downside might be that it's loud, that wasn't an issue for us because we were traveling with 4 teenagers so we expected loud! If you're sensitive to that, might be an issue. Would stay again.

Holiday time with Family
We needed a place for family while visiting for the holidays. We had several 75+ age family members and they managed the stairs ok but in hindsight I was forewarned and should have considered that. The place was exactly as described. I enjoyed yoga down the street and great location for walking. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect for a family gathering
Very attractive. modern, and clean. Well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the arrary of spices. We also appreciated the folding beach chairs which we briefly used in the living room when local family came for a visit. The roof deck is lovely although you can't really see the harbor from there. The steps are well spaced with sturdy handrails. Don't rent this place if you can't do steps. We had no problem. The host, Stanley, was responsive, helpful, professional, and friendly... beyond excellent. The two car garage was most welcome. Fits two standard size cars. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

The condo was exactly as it is portrayed on VRBO. It looked brand new and was well appointed. We were attending a wedding in Rancho Palos Verde, so the location and the number of bedrooms/baths was perfect for our family. The actual neighborhood was a bit sketchy, but with a two car garage, we felt safe each time we left the condo.

Stanley’s place was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio was lovely. My friends and I had a wonderful stay. If it weren’t for the stairs I would book again and bring my parents, but they are elderly and would not be able to manage the stairs.

Absolutely beautiful
This house is picturesque, comfortable and well located in San Pedro's Arts District. It was spacious for all of us, and the kitchen was a perfect spot to cook together, eat together and make lots of great memories. The hosts were easy to communicate with, very professional and kind. Gorgeous home close to waterfront!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home close to the waterfront! The home is gorgeous and sparking clean, and the owners have thought of and provided everything you need for a perfect stay. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The kitchen is very functional and well-appointed. There are plenty of fluffy towels, some cooking staples, shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms, etc. The owners have covered all the bases and then some! The rooftop patio is a fantastic place to relax and enjoy the California sun. Pick this place - you will not be disappointed. 😊

Great place, very attentive owner
We had a fantastic experience with this place. We were in town for a wedding nearby. The condo had plenty of beds, rooms and enough bathrooms for a teenage girl. It had well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, linens, etc. There was plenty of stuff nearby, both walkable and drivable. The owner was very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend the place.

Comfortable spot in LA area
Good kitchen and eating area. Nice size bedrooms. We were 2 couples with 3 teenage kids and we all slept well. The townhouse is fairly large and there was room enough for all of us to spend time when not out doing things. The seating in the TV/entertainment area could be improved. There just wasn't enough comfortable seating for everyone. We managed by using chairs from the dining table area so not a big deal.

An Awesome Location - especially if going to SoFi or LA
Our family had the most fantastic stay at this location. The home was clean, furnished with everything we needed from dishes to towels to extra bedding. It was sparkling clean and had a very warm feel. The long table was awesome for us all to gather around for breakfast, dinner or a game of cards. While we weren't able to enjoy the rooftop furniture, we did go up there to see some amazing sunsets! It was just too cold in January for the rooftop setting. During this trip, we were all headed to SoFi for our annual family Chargers game. We had plenty of space for our family with the number of rooms and bathrooms--what a beautiful and spacious home. We were able to use the large kitchen to gather around, drank coffee and espresso shots in the morning, and hung out around the large kitchen gathering area. This house is perfect for young, larger families. It is also great if you have 2-3 sets of couples who want to attend a game at SoFi or to tour LA as there are 4 bathrooms, 3 of them with showers. Be advised, as noted on Stanley's description, there are a lot of steps--we really got in a workout while staying at this location, but the steps were not an issue for us. Finally, there is a 2 car garage--we were able to store our rental car in the garage safely during our stay. We had plenty of street parking as well. Overall, we felt safe, secure in this very clean home--Stanley was always welcoming and accommodating. Would love to stay here again if we head out to a Chargers game or just want to visit our family in the LA area. Many thanks for a great stay! 100% recommended for this area of CA!
