A unique villa on a mountain overlooking the Bonnie Ridge in the Malibu Hills above the fog line. Surrounded by wildlife, nature and beauty. It is sunny, very private and peaceful.
The house is on 10 rural acres. Nearby are horseback riding trails, the famous backbone trail, Sandstone Peak, Arroyo Sequit, Charmlee Park, Malibu wine, Saddle Rock Garden, “The Old Place" restaurant with Cornell winery next to it. Short drive to Leo Carrillo, El matador and Zuma beaches and West Malibu restaurants.

Thanksgiving Retreat
A beautiful setting for Thanksgiving dinner. Super comfortable, lots of space, great kitchen for cooking. Nice and quiet up in the mountains.
Stayed 2 nights in Nov 2024
