Quiet and roomy, except when I was moved to by the elevator. I had decided to stay an extra night and also discovered there is a senior rate when I called the 800 number. But the girl at the desk said I couldn’t stay in the same room so I had to move. Also I tried to retroactively get the senior rate for the first two nights but she wouldn’t give that to me.

The Dena hotel is centrally located to Pasadena Old Town and right off I-210, however, it’s in a quiet location. Issac checked us in and found a great room for us away from the elevator. I’m a light sleeper. Jeremy helped me to our room with several pieces of heavy luggage. Very comfortable bed, with soft linens. The bathroom and shower were very clean and offered the usual shower bath gels, shampoo and conditioner. It was a lovely hotel and parking in the garage below the hotel was very convenient. We would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thx to Issac and Jeremy for their warm welcome and pleasant demeanor.

Staff was great. Room was way too hot without AC noisily blasting. Bathroom door opened awkwardly into the front door meaning it had to always be closed, but fan didn’t work in bathroom

The property is well managed and conveniently located. Every staff interaction was top notch. Frank, at check in, set the tone for a remarkable stay. Very thorough and professional. We spent a couple of evenings in Agents Only. Great vibe, great cocktails, wonderful food, and the entertainment on Friday night was perfect.
