It was such a beautiful hotel and the location was so handy wih universal only an 8 minute walk or a 4 minute shuttle ride. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

Very enjoyable stay. Convenient to Universal! I do wish they would tell you that you can take the elevator to the park instead of waiting for the shuttle. Other than that it was wonderful.

Great place to stay HOWEVER the frosted window that shines into the room every time someone uses the bathroom is TERRIBLE!! There is no discrete way to use the restroom or take a shower without waking up every one in the room, which is horrible when you have kids
