I’ve stayed here twice and I absolutely love it. Only downside is they were remodeling and i wasn’t able to access the gym and laundry room.

Generally placa is nice but around the hotel is mostly surrounded by business places. We like morning walks as a family, so we don't like that. And washing machine doesn't work while we are staying.

Rooms are very big with a full kitchen, complete bedroom and living room. The lady at the front counter said was very nice and handsome. Area is perfect. But the only thing I would improve on was the breakfast, its a little too small for the entire hotel, but it gets the job done. 4.5/5

Hit and miss.
I like the availability of two-bedroom units. However, lack of elevators for the upper levels is a concern if your mobility is impaired. The microwave in our unit was non-functional and the staff made no effort to fix it. It was a comfortable room and was clean.

The check in was terrible. I was told we could have an early check in but I called every hour for several hours and got no where. We waited in our car all day with exhausted kids from the long day of traveling. Then, didn’t get our room till 4:30. The hotel states check in is at 4pm. I have never experienced having to wait like that for a room, hotels are usually very accommodating and this one was not. there was a long line of us all waiting to get our rooms with one attendant working so that’s why it took forever. Everyone seemed very unhappy, and they all said they were going to complain. The room it self was very clean/newly remodeled and very comfortable!

Property was cleaned even through they were remodeling. The rooms were clean. Didn’t care that the rooms weren’t cleaned until after 7 days. They do provide clean towels when requested. Overall it was good for this trip. The breakfast were good.

Service at the front desk was great, breakfast was fine. But they advertised a fitness center, that was closed. The property‌ itself is nice, but the area around it is ugly with a refinery and a self storage area.

They reused both a broken stove and dishwasher in a remodeled room. The construction workers that stay while working on the remodel are suspect for sure. And the company has gradually gotten rid of half of the so called breakfast. Very cheap company.

The “hot water” dispenser in breakfast room isn’t hot enough to make tea. Landscape is over watered! Front desk staff NEVER smile or greet you! Lady in breakfast room suggested I use the microwave in my room to heat up the hot water for my tea!! I want to have my hot tea at breakfast, not later in my room!
