Check in was routine. However once I found out I was on the first floor I asked if there was anything on a higher floor available because I know that I have very sensitive hearing that is impactful to me. I was told by the person checking me in, that there was no other option but since I was by the courtyard it would be quiet. And the associate didn’t even ask why I may need a different room. So I was subjected to a dusty smelly room near the exit doors on the busy side of the hall. It was not quiet. I didn’t feel safe in my room.

When I arrive, the first thing they shared with me was that they do not provide room service unless you stay for more than seven days. I booked for one week and could barely get towels exchanged. For the amount of money they’re asking, I find this highly ridiculous.

We were charged double of what I booked the room for on hotels.com. Also, we ordered a shuttle to the airport and we were 3 min late but the driver already left. They said they called my room but no answer. I would think, because there was no answer, they could assume we were on our way down!
