Check in was routine. However once I found out I was on the first floor I asked if there was anything on a higher floor available because I know that I have very sensitive hearing that is impactful to me. I was told by the person checking me in, that there was no other option but since I was by the courtyard it would be quiet. And the associate didn’t even ask why I may need a different room. So I was subjected to a dusty smelly room near the exit doors on the busy side of the hall. It was not quiet. I didn’t feel safe in my room.

Had a great stay but it seem that i had to do everything on my own as far as calling to get my towels and the trash to be taken out and also breakfast was not included and i thought it was and when I arrived my room was not ready they said it was booked n did not have any were for me to stay so they had to find something even though i booked months in advance

Terribly noisy and dirty room, it looked like it had not been vacuumed in years. Long black hairs every (clearly not mine....), dirty carpets in all corridors, smelly washroom, old thin towels, and while advertised on the Expedia website, it did not include breakfast (resulting on US$ 30 added to the price). Worse than some 1* hotels.

Decently nice airport hotel for the price. Very close to LAX and a free shuttle service. Beds were comfortable, little coffee bar had decent breakfast. Didn't love the $30 parking fee, but overall, I'd stay again.
