This was a pretty good location. We stayed for 5 days. The balcony rooms are a plus. One thing that is needed is a remodel or upgrade to the rooms and the hotel in general. You can definitely tell it is dated and things need a refresh. If this property were to get a basic renovation it would definitely raise the occupancy rate and profitability. The hallways need to be brighter and more welcoming. They are dimly lit and the paint is on the darker side and the carpet needs a refresh. The rooms are nice size have a refrigerator and desk with separate rolling table. The drawers on the dresser were broken and the bottom one did not close properly. Also the curtains on the sliding glass door need to be replaced and definitely not with white ones. The ones in the room I was given were definitely no longer clean white but more of a dingy of white with smudging. The sliding door also didn’t properly latch which could possibly be a safety hazard. One plus is it is right off the freeway and located not far from LAX, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Top Golf, Manhattan Beach. Overall I would possibly stay here again if I need to be close to the area for work. But if they made some small improvements it could be a go to location because I have to be in the area a few times per year.

We checked in & got to room & bathroom had hair stuck in pipes in tub, gunk in and on top of drain in tub, and sink was leaking, cigarettes all over inside property (not room), no trash bags in room or bins, entrance to homeless encampment in back of property where hotel parking is. We brought all issues to Joseph Diaz/front desk and was sent to new room (218) which we declined after looking ant room and it to having hair all over the bathroom. We even spoke to agm Amir. We had to go buy draino and clean it ourselves because we didn’t trust the cleaning crew. Photos unable to be added to platform but can email all if needed.

Stayed a couple days while at the Dodger parade. Easy access on surface streets into downtown LA. Nearby restaurants. Tub had dirty debris on the bottom. Too gross to use. Plumbing at the sink faucet leaked a little. Could use some general maintenance in the bathroom areas.

Pros：the room is spacious, located just off the highway and easy to find. Cons: very bad wifi signal in my room. Complained several times and was provided with a 800 number to call the service company. Issue was still not resolved after 3 days. Carpet is dirty and badly needs deep cleaning.
