Excellent home!
My guests were extremely happy with the home. They came from the cold so they were really excited about the pool and spent a lot of time outside. The house was really clean. It had extra stuff you don’t find in rental homes like coffee pods, trash bags, soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. The owner is very responsive in his communication and very welcoming and friendly. I look forward to renting the home again! Thank you!

Nice house with recently updated interior in West San Fernando Valley
Very clean and modern interior; recently updated. Well stocked kitchen-much better than most rentals including a wide range of spices, coffee maker with pods or carafe, bottle of wine, and lots of cooking utensils. Note that the back two 'bedrooms' are a downstairs murphy bed and upstairs loft; nice but no aural privacy between the two. Minor inconveniences (one cooktop burner not working, ice maker not working, no kitchen towels) but nothing major. Host was wonderful; great communication with quick responses.
