I had an incredible experience. The staff was all very friendly, the facilities create a fun and hospitable environment that feels like one can relax and escape every day stresses. It was wonderful to be able to get food and drinks on site for very reasonable prices.

Was so surprised!! This hotel isn’t in the best part of Long Beach, yet this property was a GEM!! A diamond in the rough. The entire staff are we welcoming, helpful and most of all ready to help. The room was clean, smelled amazing and the coffee was so good.. we will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you to all the staff.. THE COVE is truly a wonderful place to stay

My stay at the cove hotel was okay. But the older guy at the front desk was very mean and nasty. He had no customer service skills at all. I was trying to tell him that they already charged my card and he wanted to charge it again and said he didn't care about any of that just swipe your card.

Great customer service. I had stayed the week prior for one night, I thought I had lost my hair straightener and when I checked back in for my second stay, front desk staff handed me my straightener, i didn’t lose it I left it at the hotel and the staff put aside for me

Cute property.( Dust behind the door and bathroom vent cover could be cleaned.) Overall very nice. The area seemed fine for a short walk to nearby places to eat. I would stay there again.
