We booked this hotel as a convenient option for visiting Universal Studios and were very pleasantly surprised. From the warm and friendly staff to the many hotel amenities we realized this hotel is not just good for visiting Universal but more so a destination we would love to return to. My family enjoyed the food at the casual dining outside of the pool as well as a fantastic meal in the restaurant. Every staff member we encountered was exceptional, we really felt welcomed. The amenities were wonderful too. The gym was very clean and offered newer gym equipment and complimentary headphones. Down by the pool there were plenty of loungers, evening movies and a wonderful evening ambience. Schedules of different activities offered were posted in the elevator. My family took advantage of the hourly shuttle to Universal which was spacious and convenient. After our short trip I have to say I will be back to explore more of what this home away from home has to offer.

The area is not as safe as it states. We had planned this trip around the activities they had planned for each day. There were no activities (events didn’t put anything up and all they had was Jenga which was missing pieces.) Also, I had forgotten and item which at first they said they found then they stated it could t be found. I then received a call back after I had then left the area stating they found the item and they could ship it ($30!) so disappointing.

From beginning to end the staff was amazing. We arrived early and asked if we can park as we were heading to Universal Studios for the day and didnt need our room but they were able to get us in before our check in time. My VIP access also gave me a complimentary bottle of wine which i forgot about but they gave it to me upon check out which i thought was amazing. The ladies that clean our room were the nicest! Having a migraine on your vacation sucks but while i was laying down she came in and asked if there was anything i needed and quickly changed some towels and took out the trash. Such an amazing stay!! Thanks again and we'll be back.
