Room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Shower had good pressure. So many dining options within walking distance. However, I had an issue with one of the staff members because they accused me and my wife of taking the ice scoopers when they didn’t even have any there when we walked in the room. The staff member later called and apologized and we were able to remedy the situation but it really made us feel uncomfortable that we were accused in that way.

Location worked out well for us, even though it's on a busy street. Ample parking, easy check-in and check-out. Bathroom dated but clean.

Underwhelmed. Just expected a little better upkeep and to be able to comfortably fit in the bathroom. Customer Service was among the best though, and you can't beat the location. Parking costs extra after paying $300 a night for a hotel which is really annoying, but there's street parking if you want to save $22. 7/10 or a 3.5/5, not likely to ever return in 50 years.

The service was exceptional. Entire interior was clean and neat. Outside was ok but well manicured. One this is it was very noisy due to my patio facing the street. Overall 7.5-8

Staff were helpful and willing to help when asked questions. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking space was easy to find and park with good rates. The area was safe and close to the beach. Would recommend to anyone visting LA for the first time with a rental car.

Had a good stay. The only downside was the bathroom. The toilet kept on running and the toilet got in the way of the bathroom door opening all the way.
