What can i say it was our first stay here . It was very nice and clean room and so comfortable i never slept in the hotel that good. Front desk was friendly and a building had secured elevator!!!! Overall i can reate 10/10 !! Because it was very clean hotel . Please keep it like that.

The bed was comfortable and it's close to Universal. Otherwise, nothing special. Heavy perfumed scent in the lobby and halls, which was pretty overwhelming. They didn't offer any kind of breakfast, not even coffee on the lobby. There was also a loud ticking noise in the walls all night. The pizza joint across the street was pretty good though.

the Tilt was an older property veery near Universal Studios. i mist say for being older, the room were very clean and kept. odd, there was a chair jammed in the corner of the room against the wall and a large piece of furniture, i think it was placed there because the chair was broken. breakfast was HORIBLE. there were only everything bagels for pastry selection. they stored the butter and jelly in the cooler next to the toaster. Both ROCK hard. no CREAM CHEESE. the toaster DIDN'T work. they had 2 pieces if WIRE inserted in the toaster handles. maybe to hold the handle down ? electric toaster and wire in the opening. NO THANKS. there were 2 cereal dispensers that we almost empty. the liquid coffee what HORIBLE. there were 5 chairs to sit along the bar top. no other seating. odd enough after breakfast ended the staff thoroughly cleaned everything ? so, if you want a motel close to Universal Studios that is clean it's the place for you.

Our room had a leak in it, and apparently the staff knew about it and just placed a bucket there. I paid extra for an early check in, which wasn’t worth it. and the condition of the hotel is run down.

Waited half an hour for someone to show up to check us in. Once checked in, was given a key to a room that someone was already staying in. When going back down to the desk, they said they were the only person there and we would have to wait until they checked in the other 15 people who had been waiting with us before they could help us. After an hour, they were still checking people in. Had to get ready in our vehicle to avoid missing reservations. Staff didn’t seem to care. Also, parking costs $25 per night. Small parking lot, not secured.

Will not stay there again. Outlets to charge anything was out. Phone was not working to call for room service or housekeeping. Soaps in shower was all empty when we got there. Not a good contiental Breakfast variety.
