Very safe and comfortable. Highly convenient to shopping and dining. I lowered my overall because the light in the kitchen area went out while I was brewing coffee and I had to use the light on my cellphone

Told the front desk person when we checked in that we have seniors with us. Told the person we wanted a bathroom with disability access. She then told us that there’s no available for our request and gave us a room on the 3rd floor. And when we got to our room there were only 2 queen beds and there were 5 of us. So i went to the front desk again,to tell her that she gave us a wrong room because there’s no sofa/bed. She was reluctant to give us another room however she told someone to check if i was telling the truth or not. Minutes later she was told that i was telling her the truth then she put us on the first floor. It was very inconvenient for us especially one senior citizen was using a walker who have a hard time walking. And our first room was on the 3rd floor way down to the end away from the elevator. Only to find out that there was a room on the first floor. The breakfast food could have been better. NOT hard food especially the sausage/muffin or sausage biscuits. It was hard as a rock.
