Property is average overall. While they’ve made some effort to provide better towels and amenities in room, the furnishings and bathroom are a bit worn down (tub coating and paint is coming off, bath fan is dirty and noisy). Ample wall outlets to plug in devices. Fridge works.

The property was not what I was expecting because the map I used for gps was not updated from the previous building that is next door. The other building, that is now a group home, is much nicer on the outside. The property overall is decent for the price.

Ok for 1 night stay prior to boarding a cruise ship. Staff very accomodating. 24 hour security but road traffic noisy n water pressure in shower poor.

Our stay was comfortable. The location was good and had a lot of places within walking distance Also catching an Uber was quick and easy. The staff were all very nice and friendly. The pool area was a little dirty but otherwise the property was good for a quick overnight stay before a cruise.

Your properties reeked of urine from the hallways to the rooms. I was in the room for five minutes and was bit by something please remodel your rooms or close your doors. It is hideous.

I never even received a room key. The machine was down that made keys, so I had to be let in each time I left my room. The gentleman was very friendly and apologetic, but it was not a good experience. There were no lamps in the room. It was barren and creepy.

I do not want this review to reflect poorly on the staff that helped us. They were super nice and very accommodating. However the pictures that I saw through Expedia showed rooms in better condition that what we had. The floors are in rough shape, the refrigerator leaked and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. At least is was clean and the hand lotion was nice. Note that they do not really have late check out. Again, staff was nice, but the rooms are far more run down than what the pictures show.
