We barely understood the person at the front desk. Access to the room was limited due to a locked pedestrian gate. Fridge was not turned on. Extra mirror was at waist-level, and shower was for a very short person. Empty Soap dispenser at sink. Mattresses were hard, and pillows were flat. Not even a lamp on the nightstand.
