The property itself was in a great condition, newly renovated, with friendly staff and very clean. The area of course, being in the heart of Venice beach had so many homelessness.

The property itself was lovely and well equipped the area is Venus beach but the dining opportunities were a distance away and the choices limited. The smell of cannibas was very strong when walking outside during the day and night. For visitors not used to this is was extreme.

Ocean views in prime location
Waking up with a view of the ocean and hearing the artistic energy coming from the boardwalk is a dream. Do yourself a favor and check out the skate park around sunset. Staff was personable, friendly and extremely welcoming. Roof top was nice and quiet with a great view of the sunset as well. Close to all kinds of shops and awesome restaurants. Definitely recommend if you want to be right in the midst of all the eclectic energy that is Venice Beach ✨

We were so pleased with the size of the room we had, it was it appeared in the photos with the kitchen. The bedroom was small, you could only access the double bed from one side, but it was very comfortable. Location excellent, staff incredibly helpful and accomodating.

Venice Breeze Suites was a perfect place for our visit. The building is from 1930 but had been kept up well. The rooms are comfortable and you have everything you need. The roof deck was a great benefit. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very nice and clean . Unfortunately there is not parking need to pay $20 a night for parking. And a lot of homeless people around this area . We stay on main level , every night homeless people will woke up us around midnight to 3am . They will fight or yield to each other .

Great property right on the beach, has everything you need. Staff were friendly- especially Danielle :) Our partial ocean view room didn’t really live up to its name, just a small glimpse. Rooftop terrace was nice, perfect spot to watch the sunrise or sunset. Good to have the option to take your dinner up there away from the chaos of Venice Beach boardwalk but still with the beach view. Shame about Venice Beach, I hear it’s gone downhill since covid. I didn’t feel safe leaving the hotel on my own. A lot of homelessness and smell of cannabis literally everywhere. No parking is a down side of this property although appreciate the parking map they give you.
