This peaceful City retreat offers a cozy luxuriously appointed private home + the best location in Los Angeles. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this tree-lined residential street + access to the best shopping and dining in the City. Melt into luxurious sofas, zip along the 1000 megabyte WIFI connection, enjoy cocktails on one of the three private outdoor terraces, or snuggle up to Netflix in the comfy king-sized bed.
We've lovingly restored this lovely duplex to its original 1927 condition. Assuming, of course there was central air conditioning, LG washers and dryers, fiber optics cabling, and a microwave oven in 1927. NOTE: Our 100% 5 star reviews disappeared when we relisted The Spanish Palace due to technical problems with the booking platform. Don't worry...you'll love it!

The Spanish Palace is located in the most desirable part of Beverly Grove, considered to be the hippest, neighborhood in Los Angeles, with more than 30 bars and restaurants within just a short walk. It lies directly between the Beverly Center shopping center and The Grove/ Farmers Market entertainment and shopping complex.

BEDROOMS
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with luxury high-thread count 100% cotton linens, hypoallergenic pillows and comforter, smart TV, central AC/heater, large closet, two dressers, nightstands, and full bathroom with shower/ tub with vanity area. Enjoy the sunrise by bringing your morning coffee out the French doors onto the cozy rattan seats on the rear terrace.
The second bedroom has a cushy queen bed with luxury linens, a large closet, dressers, nightstands, smart TV, and separate full bathroom with tub/ shower.
BATHROOMS
Two full bathrooms: one for the master suite and one for the second bedroom, each with tub/ shower.
KITCHEN
The modern kitchen is equipped with everything to prepare any meal from scrambled eggs to Christmas Dinner, including stainless steel range and stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with water and ice in the door.

LIVING ROOM

OUTDOOR SPACES
You can step outside without even going downstairs by visiting the full-width front terrace that overlooks the front lawn and the calm street, by stepping from the master bedroom onto the rear terrace overlooking the rear garden, or bringing cocktails onto the carport patio with pergola cover.
Or you could head outside to take a nap or bring a book onto the lovely green lawn in the rear garden.
