I try and stay in Los Banos on my way up or down I-5. It's such a cute charming town that no one knows about. It's about 10 minutes off I-5 so I guess most people just drive on thru. And this motel is the best! Charming historic architecture inside and out, beautiful potted plants everywhere, and very nice owners.And so far, still quite affordable. Be sure to check out the "old town" just a few blocks from the motel.

Do not stay here! It is filthy dirty, We couldn’t sleep in one of the beds because the pillowcase had a stain in upon removing it. There were clearly blood stains on the pillow itself. not to mention how unsafe we felt! we had to leave at 3 AM because of the Riff Raff in the parking lot. When I called the manager today, Sunday at 1 PM to speak with him regarding the filth and disgusting condition of the bed, he basically called me a liar didn’t care that we had pictures and videos. This is The most disgusting hotel, not to mention completely unsafe!!!

Good night for me price
Just an overnight stay as part of a longer trip. Check in and parking were easy to do. Room was small and simple-bed was comfortable although bed cover had burnt area. Towels and soap and shampoo supplio.Refrigerator-microwave-TV and WiFi were also available.

Out of order ice machine by the front door. Broken down, torn apart air conditioner by the front door. Dark corridor around the corner at a dead end. No lights to see which door to open. Unsafe!!! We left the key at the desk and left.
