The casita is it’s own unit. The second unit, also separate, is attached to the main house and occupies the first floor. The owners are sometimes on-site residing on the second floor of the main house with small dogs.
*Please note that the units are not connected, but are only a few steps apart from one another.
The casita is fully equipped with a small kitchen with stove, refrigerator, dishes, and outside grill. There is a small sitting area out front with beach chairs.
The second room is a big bedroom with space enough for two full beds and a full bathroom.
If you enjoy fishing, windsurfing, wing foiling, snorkeling, and walks on the beach, this is a fantastic option. The beautiful town of Los Barriles has many authentic Mexican restaurants, a few sushi restaurants, pizza places, and many other types of restaurants and bars where all of the locals and vacationers love to mix. There are many places to go shopping, swimming, snorkeling, bike riding, and hiking.
This entire property is located between, and only minutes from, two of the most popular pickleball courts in Los Barriles. If you are a pickleball player, this property is ideal!
