The hotel itself is nice and the roof top pool area has a nice view of the ocean. However the listing said that they had an airport shuttle for a fee. I assumed this at least meant they could help us book one of the many airport shuttles. Instead one member of our group was told they couldn’t book a shuttle but the front desk lady set her up transportation which turned out to be a very expensive taxi. It was at least 3 times more than what the front desk agent indicated to her it would be. I was also told my another front desk agent they couldn’t help us book anything but to use Uber. That was at least a reasonable price.

There is no place to walk and the area is on a highway. We were advised not to try to cross the highway because of all the speeding traffic. You must Uber to get around. There are a few places to eat that are close. There is a pharmacy, and s few other shops It is near a hospital, so we met many people from all over the world at breakfast.

Nice, quiet room, very comfortable bed. The breakfast was better than most. Only problems were a loud, persistent drip from the shower (reported to desk upon checkout) and lack of signage to find the reception area late at night.

Great hotel if you want breakfast included and save money, but if you stay here, rent a car so you can get to places. We had to uber and it was $30-45 dollars to the marina ever time and we would have to get 2 ubers since there was 12 of us. The hotel was clean and great customer service.

Estuvimos muy agusto! habitaciones comodas y limpias. Lo único su ubicación no es tan práctica queda en medio de todo por lo que hay que viajar mucho por lo turístico esta retirado solo para que lo tomen en consideración. El staff fue muy servicial y amable.
