Walked to the property from Arrivals, maybe 7 mins but the route isn’t obvious (despite clearly seeing the hotel) or frequently travelled. Took shuttle the next day back, much easier mostly because was already at the Front Desk checking out.

This is hotel is very convenient to the airport. The hotel itself is quiet, clean and in good condition, and they provide a free shuttle to the terminal. When I stayed there, the hotel was mostly empty (I only saw two other guests the whole time). I got there at 2:!5, but they wouldn't let me check-in until 3:00, so I sat in the lobby and waited. I was told the restaurant opened at 7:00 for breakfast, but they didn't open until 8:00, and there is nothing else except rental car companies, in walking distance.

Wir waren sehr überrascht und erfreut, dass es sogar einen Airport Transport morgens um 4 Uhr gab. Dann bekamen wir sogar eine Frühstückstüte zum Mitnehmen dazu, da wir nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen konnten. Super Service. Dann freute es uns auch, das es Raucherzimmer gab. Vielen Dank.

It is within walking distance from the airport but they also have a free shuttle. When our flight was canceled, we needed a place to sleep at the last minute. It was clean and had staff checking us in at 11:00 pm and checking us out at 5:00 am. Breakfast is included and they will have a breakfast-to-go ready for you if you let them know in advance. It was very convenient.

Our flight was canceled late at night. The airline didn’t want to give us vouchers for a hotel room, because the next flight wasn’t until the next morning. I booked a room because my brother is handicapped and he needed to rest. Right before leaving the airline employees gave us the vouchers. I tired cancelling the room I booked and they didn’t want to refund my money. I stayed at the hotel using the voucher. I paid so much money on this trip for the airline to changed my sits and give me ones that were cheaper. The least I wanted was for the hotel to use the voucher and refund me my money.

No washcloths provided and only bottled soap. So you use a ton of soap and wash with your hands. Wasteful and a pain. Washcloths cant be that much more to provide.
