The property was nice and the staff was friendly. It was great having access to both properties blanco & Rose. Good food options at both properties and we really enjoyed the easy beach access. Only complaints was the constant Christmas music (went in early December) which was sort of expected but not to that extent. Also, I payed for a master suite with an Ocean view and got more of a pool view with a snip of ocean view. Overall would recommend this property.

The property was very pretty and they did a great job with the holiday decorations. We really enjoyed our stay and having access to their 2 sister properties was such a bonus. One is right next sorry and the other is across town but there is a free shuttle to get you there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a large one bedroom suite with a balcony and ocean view - gorgeous for watching the sunrise/sunset. My only complaint is that there is very poor sound barrier from the bedroom (which faces the hallway) and you could hear every little sound in that room. We had to sleep with ear plugs and were still woken up several times. Otherwise we truly enjoyed this hotel and property.

Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos is our regular destination in Cabo. The property is older but well maintained and has a cultural vibe that we enjoy. Jason at the front door is always ready to greet us with a smile. All of the staff are friendly, welcoming and professional.

Common areas need more chairs—not beach lounge chairs, but actual chairs. Would be nice to have a bar where you can sit down—need something like the Sunset Lobby Bar at Blanco.

The all-inclusive facility worked so well. I liked that we could also have the same benefits at Sunset Beach Resort and Rose Resort—very efficient Shuttle Service. The only drawback is the availability of recliner beds by the pools. Despite there being notices advising guests that towels would be removed if the recliner was not occupied for more than 30 minutes many guests ignored this and towels were not removed
