I hope to clearly express my profound disappointment with the cleanliness standards and customer service experienced during my recent stay at your hotel. After sleeping a long day and a multiple checkins to various rooms which were not the room types I requested, we went to sleep. I woke up and discovered a tip left for the housekeeping staff by the previous guest when I moved the pillow on the bed. This discovery was deeply unsettling, as it indicated that the sheets had not been properly cleaned or changed between guests. Finding the tip not only revealed that the sheets had not been changed but also made me question the overall cleanliness practices followed in your hotel. I brought this issue to the attention of the front desk, requesting that a manager address the situation. Unfortunately, I never heard from the manager. I lovely lady named Wendy helped me, but no manager ever followed up or offered any apology. . This lack of follow-up has only added to my dissatisfaction with the overall service provided. Given the importance of hygiene and guest satisfaction, I believe it is crucial for you to address both the cleanliness issue and the failure in communication. Please note, my three children stayed next door and complained their sheets smelled awful. Wendy also had their room changed. I have waited two weeks but no one has called from your hotel.

Great property! They maintain it will and keep it clean. They spend time on entertainment and have great options for kids. My son loved the water slide and grotto. Food was good for all inclusive and staff was fantastic! We would stay again, no question.

This property is about the worst resort I’ve ever been to. The hotel only has ONE elevator working. It rained one day and they closed two restaurants. So, every hotel guests in the resort waited for at least an hour and half to get a simple order. The room service didn’t pick up the phone. I hate that every time you order something I had to sign a check. Never that happened to me before where I had to sign a check for a drink. The food is the worst. It’s not even the choices we’re talking about. They served the same food all the time whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The resort basically has only two pools not counting the small on for the kids. It’s way too crowded and dirty. Too many kids screaming Hairs and leaves floating all over the water. I was careless to leave my slippers while I took I walked on a beach, I came back and someone stole it. This place is unsecured some locals were trying to sell illegal drugs in broad daylight in front of my 15 years old son. I can go on and on. I had a VIP access from Expedia and the front desk wanted to charge me additional $150 a night for an ocean view room. The only good thing about this resort is the show which me and my son enjoyed. Other than that, stay way from this property. Terrible

Highlights: Food and Service, specially the good service from Carlos in the Taco Restaurant and Mauricio in the pool. Location Daily night shows Lowlights: "-" Property maintenance (2 elevators broken, water flowing in our room's bathroom, aisle stinky, etc) "-" The hotel does not allow Uber to pick you up at the hotel and force you to use their taxis (costs double and old cars).

Do not book this hotel. Rude and terrible service. Very limited eating areas. They either decline you of eating there or its at least an hour wait. All the pools and surrounding areas was packed. No tan chairs where put out on the beach. Nobody care and you can clearly see they don't either. I would say i only had good service from a total of 4 people out of all the workers. Everything was slow, over packed, and bare minimal service. Even when you tip them, they give you attitude like you are suppose to. Completely unappreciative. We had and all inclusive package, but it is actally with limitations. I went in with low expectations and they couldn't even meet that. Cabo is beautiful, book at another resort for sure. That way you have a better time.

We recently stayed at Villa del Palmar and had a fantastic experience! Although the hotel is a bit dated, it is closing sections for renovations. The lack of a swim-up bar was not an issue at all because the pool staff was absolutely incredible. Carlos, in particular, was hands down the BEST! He was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The hotel is very family-friendly, with cute shows every night that entertained both kids and adults alike. While the food was good, it wasn't amazing, but the overall experience made up for it.

Property was very nice and clean and staffs were very nice and professional and always available to help with any questions. The only downside was that there were no dining options and all restaurant closed when there was a storm which happened all of a sudden. We would think that being a big resort restaurants would have a back up plan on how to serve people but there wasn’t and everything closed and one bar was open with more then 3 hour wait time and even the room service had 3 hour wait time which was not acceptable. Overall it’s a very nice place to stay and we enjoyed our stay.
