This was our second stay at this lovely gem of a hotel, and will definitely not be our last. The rooms are spotless, decor, landscaping, and furnishings are truly elegant and the entire design is remarkable. The hospitality professionals we have had the pleasure of meeting are warm and incredibly welcoming. In particular, Alex and Gabriel went over and above the call of duty to ensure my husband and I were completely thrilled with our second stay; allowing us to explore several rooms before finally landing in the room we enjoyed so much during our first visit. (Thanks guys!) If you’re looking for a charming and elegant experience with AMAZING Michelin cuisine on site, you need not look any further. BOOK IT and be sure to check out Dio Deka. Check in room assignment: did not follow the requested room with balcony, assigned room w balcony, however located the farthest from T He elevator. I am handicapped using a walker. For a highly rated hotel there was no help with luggage. My wife had to push a luggage cart to the elevator and down a long hallway. Receptionist should have recognized that we are elderly in need for some help. Do not plan to use this hotel again. During the last 2 years we stayed at Hotel Los Gatos oabout 50+ nights.

the room was lovely and spacious. the staff was polite. the continental breakfast and coffee was delightful and greatly appreciated. being pet friendly really made our trip complete. the only negative was our meal at Deko - not so great for the cost. Server was lovely, watermelon salad very good but rest of meal average at best.
