The property is amazing. Unfortunately the water heater was out so we couldn’t shower for two days while we were there, but there’s not it was fabulous. That’s rare for that to happen.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. It’s in a great location as well right by all the shops in downtown Los Gatos. Would love to come back soon
