"We had a very smooth check in experience and stay in this Staybridge property at Folsom. We traveled with our two small kids and the one bedroom suite was very, very convenient. The staff were very kind, and helpful. The breakfast is definitely not as good as the other chain hotels. For example, it was a weekend and all the kids were crowding around the waffle station, but the waffle dispenser was just not working. There was only one staff member trying to replenish all the supplies and she was definitely stressed out. We had potatoes on Sunday, but not on Monday. Hot water was missing for tea. So if there’s any feedback, I would hope that they could serve better breakfast. The hotel is located very conveniently - very near to the Palladium area. Super convenient near Costco, Whole Foods, restaurants etc. "

"The place was exactly what we needed that night after a long day of sports in town. We had a room with all the extras that a family would like to use, from a sofa that turns into a queen bed to a separate bedroom from the living room, the divided space between the kitchen and living room. The fridge and microwave were big enough for a long stay. also, the bathroom has a nice double sink. It is perfect for traveling in a group, and the price was better for this sports season than other hotels in the area."
