Exclusive apartment with very high quality

This apartment is in a recently built house, with attention to details, comfort. The bedrooms are in the back of the apartment and are spacious, cool (for the hot days) and quiet. The double room with double bed has a balcony with a view of the Supramonte. To separate the bedrooms from the rest of the apartment, there is a small hallway, which leads to the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet. The kitchen with a view of the garden can easily accommodate 4 people. From there you can also go directly to the spacious, covered terrace. The tree 'Olivastro' provides shade. The terrace was built in typical Sardinian style by a local craftsman. There are loungers in the garden to enjoy a good book. There is also a fireplace and garden chairs behind the house. This apartment is ideal because it is practical for a family.

Nice neighborhood very close to the beaches
Lotzorai is a very nice small town. We felt very safe and peaceful here. The bakery is a hidden gem. The property is new, built well and has all we need. We had very good time here.

Ein sehr schönes Appartement und vermisst haben wir nur ein paar Kissen, um bequemer sitzen zu können. Gleich um die Ecke ein kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäckerei. Man kommt mit dem Auto schnell zum Strand und ist schnell in Tortoli (Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, großer Supermarkt)

Emplazado en una zona buena para visitar la costa oeste de la isla , en un pueblo tranquilo cercano al mar. A mejorar: el anuncio incluye todas las fotos de todos los apartamentos y el que a nosotros nos tocó, en planta primera, en comparación con lo visto las fotos , no era lo esperado

Schöner Aufenthalt in der kleinen neu renovierten Wohnung. Gute Ausstattung (Klimaanlage, Kaffeemaschine, Waschmaschine, große Dusche). Das Auto parkt nicht direkt an der Wohnung. Mario ist sehr nett und super erreichbar. Wir waren das erste mal auf Sardinien. Kaum einer spricht englisch. Ausserdem ungewohnt waren für uns die Decken. Man schläft unter einem Bettlaken. Damit es nicht kalt ist, wir ein gewebter Teppich drauf gelegt. Das nächste mal nehmen wir unsere Bettwäsche mit. Toller Garten und recht zentral in Lotzorai. Das Zentrum mit diversen Geschäften ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Der tolle Strand für Kinder (bei Lido Orri) ist mit dem Auto in 12min erreichbar.

Siamo stati molto bene nella casa. Giardino bellissimo e curato, con comodi sdrai e una piccola altalena per bambini (bisogna organizzarsi per le zanzare perché ovviamente nel soggiorno estivo sono una spiacevole compagnia). La cucina è comoda e spaziosa, dotata di diversi confort. Unica pecca al piano superiore (zona notte) nella cameretta manca un armadio, presente solo una cassettiera nell’andito adiacente (sarebbe preferibile un armadio in sostituzione della cassettiera). Bagno (al primo piano) comodo e spazioso. Proprietario cordiale e rispettoso della privacy. Casa a 5 minuti da Tortolì. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Mia moglie, io ed anche i nostri amici - che avrebbero alloggiato in un villino vicino - siamo stati accolti cordialmente dal proprietario. La nostra casa era 'perfetta': pulitissima, fresca e munita di ogni comfort. We love the house, our 1th time there, beautiful apartments, the owners are fantastic and can sort out anything you need. The apartment is lovely and clean, the garden is perfect for the whole family and Ogliastra is one of the most beautiful places on earth!
