Family girl’s trip
The house is VERY eclectic. Living room is upstairs (stairs are a bit steep) with two beds in living room. The upstairs bathroom is great because each section (shower, toilet, sink) can be used simultaneously by 3 different people. There is, however an alcove with a bed in it, in that large bathroom space. We didn’t use it but it does have door Downstairs the ‘front parlor’ and ‘family room’ have 1 king and two doubles at front of house. Full bathroom has been built in the ‘family room’. So full bathroom upstairs and full bathroom downstairs. We were 8 family members (sisters, SIL, nieces, daughters (all over 21)) so shared space was no problem for us. We ate and had our bar downstairs but spent our evening time upstairs. The location was great…we are big nulu fans and this is our 3rd trip. This house is on the west end of nulu, two blocks north of the main drag. Very easy walking from house to market st. The house is almost underneath the interstate but we were not bothered by any noise. There is a very private and inviting backyard patio although it was much too cold to enjoy while we were there. We had no problems with accessing entry to the house or any other mechanical issues. Host replied immediately when we let him know we had to leave early because of an incoming winter storm. We enjoyed the house and would love to stay in this house again.

Location, location, location!
Great stay, awesome location, well appointed place. Easy walk to so many restaurants, bars, breweries, distilleries and points of interest. Highly recommend, would stay there again!

Great Louisville vacation spot!
The host Jack was very responsive and accommodating during our stay. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place with lots to do in walking or scooter distance. Highly recommend!

Eclectic property in the center of it all
10 of us stayed and had a great time. staying in was fun, great backyard with a grill and cornhole. It's also in one of the best locations in the city. So much to do around there. 10/10 would stay here again if I go to louisville

Eclectic place
We enjoyed staying at this eclectic house. There were 6 of us & we had plenty of room. Even though the parking is free, it xan be difficult to find a space. It is across from a large apartment complex. The availability of hot water is spotty. If you start the dishwasher, you don't have hit water in the sink. You can only get 2 hot showers in the a.m. or p.m. so you have to stagger those depending on the size of your party. The number of outlets in the downstairs bedrooms should be increased for happy guests. It's a great location for the bourbon trail & close to some excellent restaurants.

Great House for guys Bourbon trip
My friends and i were in Kentucky picking a barrel at Buffalo Trace. We went to bardstown and frankfurt but stayed in Louisville. House was great and had a lot of character. Plenty of beds for 7. Also great back porch for hanging out. The location was very convenient to all of the distilleries in Louisville. I highly recommend this place!

Not Clean and not family friendly
The kitchen was filthy and you couldn't take your shoes off. There is no family room, other than in an upstairs bedroom, this is not a family friendly home and was not in a nice area. Would only recommend this for someone that needs a place to crash with a lot of beds. Terrible experience. Jared

Louisville getaway
Property is in a fantastic location that made walking downtown a pleasure! Home is unique with Art displays and a comfortable hangout in the backyard on beautiful nights. If you are a large group, you will want to be comfortable sharing the space with your friends as the layout has multiple beds, but sharing spaces. Very cool and perfect for our experience.

Kind of quirky
Initially looked to be in a little sketchy area. Parking is on the street so first come first serve. Right next to commercial business and a freeway overpass. That being said we did hear some noise late morning but really not bad as far as noise over all. Two bedrooms on the main floor share a sliding “barn door” that separate them and the bathroom is inside the one bedroom. Great kitchen and back yard space. We enjoy sitting outside in the evening. The other bedroom was upstairs with a very large sitting room. Clear glass door into the sitting area and curtains to pull around the beds. Another bed was stuffed into a large “closet” in the bathroom upstairs. The place was not exactly what we expected but we all did enjoy our time there. Very close to NULU and distillerys.

Louisville Part 2 - The Sequel
To be clear this was our 2nd visit to Louisville, not this property. The property was exactly what we had hoped - central, as in walkable, location, renovated but older, functional outdoor space, with a decent price point. We would rent here again.

Lovely eclectic stay in nulu!
The property was perfect for what we wanted! The house was amazingly eclectic! We had so much fun exploring! The kitchen was very nice and just what we needed for a couple dinners in. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! The one minor issue we had was that the listing stated that there were 3 bathrooms and there are actually on 2 (unless we couldn't find the 3rd)

Artsy property just outside downtown
The house is instagram ready and very lovely, the backyard patio is where we spent most of our time! The bathrooms are all inside of one of the rooms, which was a little tricky in the dead of night. Oddities aside the place was clean, beautiful and extremely comfortable.

Bourbon Trail
This was a great property for 5 guys doing the Bourbon Trail. Plenty of room, clean, loved the nostalgic feel. The backyard was very nice to relax and unwind after a day of distillery tours. One thing I would note is the location. It is very close to Nulu so grabbing a bite to eat or coffee was convenient for us. I would caution families with kids to evaluate if this is the right property for you as this was right next to a bridge behind an apartment complex and a business with a loading dock. There is also a skate park within shouting distance and we could hear skaters out there at 2am. For 5 guys, this was perfectly fine. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
