Overall it was fine. Breakfast was disappointing with stale muffins and mealy apples that had some sort of film on them. Noisy part of town with lots of people wandering around the parking lot. It is a motel with no pool also, which I did not realize when I booked it.

Loud music playing in street next door on first night. Called front desk to ask if they could do anything if what I could do. Staff was rude on phone call and very defensive saying basically I shouldn’t have called.

Reasonable rate Didn’t like the unexpected $100 deposit at checked in, it’s refundable AFTER room inspection at checkout (2-4 business days). And the $5 a night parking fee. SMH My room was a non-smoking room and it smelled like a case of cigarettes when I walked in.

Had to pay $5 for parking. Shouldn’t have to pay for parking since we had a room. Also smelled of marijuana. Neighbors were slamming doors all night so didn’t get much rest. Stayed there because it was close to the hospital my son was having surgery at. Also someone in parking lot was asking for money.

close to everything downtown but had to ask several times for floor to be cleaned.. I spilled water on the floor when we first checked in, and when I wiped it up kleenex was BLACK.. continental breakfast was poor at best.. you could see through the coffee

Room was nice. Water was hot. Bed was very comfortable. Had to pay $5.00 per day to park there??? Guess it’s their way of making a bit more money off your stay.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom walls. It was very noisy from other guests and the street. Smoke from people smoking outside seeped into the room because of loose seals. Housekeeping was supposed to be by request only, but they came in without request and threw away personal items and didn’t replace anything or make the bed, so what was the point of coming in? Liquor store next to location had a lot of unhoused folks sleeping and hanging out. Would not come back, despite great location and price.

The hotel is downtown and close to a lot of restaurants. However, the homeless population made us uneasy to walk too far with our family. There were a few bumps with our check in process since English was the second language for the staff and we weren't told of a daily parking fee prior to arrival. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The parking lot was very bright, which made us feel safer with the number of homeless around. The continental breakfast was ok; pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, bagels, fruit, juice and coffee.
