The staff was very hospitable & helpful. I didn't like the crowds & busyness of the Springfield side. I wish Springfield wasn't a part of Marriott wasn't expecting a joint hotel.

Bed on the floor??
Stayed one night while traveling through. Requested accessible room which was clean with a walk in shower. Confused by the box springs and mattress being directly on the floor with no bedframe. Just one night and we were tired so we made it work.

The AC in our room would not turn off, we reported it to reception to be told the engineer would come up, after a 20min wait we chased them up as we wanted to go to bed, to be told the engineer had gone hours ago! We were given another room, however this one was much smaller than the original and had a generator running outside all night. There was noone available on reception to speak to before leaving in the morning. Terrible nights sleep!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I booked this hotel, charged for the night, paid for a taxi to get there only to be told that I did not have a room, that the hotel was booked to capacity. At this point my cell phone battery was depleted. I could not request a rideshare/taxi. I asked the front desk person named Fatima for help. She would not let use a phone, had no means of helping me charge my phone so that I could get another form of transportation. I was shooed out the door as though I was a transit. Worst experience EVER!
