We had more trouble booking through Expedia. We were over booked twice. Called and refund did not show up on credit card. Booking iterinery showed one price, actual hotel stay showed another lower price which was printed on receipt. Will never book through Expedia again.

Our room was definitely not clean when we arrived and the window shade was not functional. Other than those deficiencies it was a decent stay. The breakfast was typical. Certainly not on par with previous Holiday Inn Express experiences.

At check in I was told I would get the $20 extra person fee back because I had 1 adult and 2 kids instead of 3 adults and my card was charged the original amount. Breakfast was below average, room had an odor, killed 3 spiders in our bathroom. 2 of the desk workers were great, one was unfriendly!
