The indoor pool was closed due to cleaning when we arrived Friday evening. Then Saturday it was still closed and Sunday morning closed. Why advertise a indoor pool if its going to be closed. Nit far to our kids who looked foto the pool.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was because it was close to where we needed to be and it had an indoor pool. Pulling in, there are signs everywhere that say they aren't liable for your car being broken into. I understand that, but I never saw any security or cameras suggesting they're taking action on this. It just didn't feel like a completely safe place. The second issue was, when checking in, the girl at the desk informed me that the pool was closed. Not for the day, not temporarily, just closed. That was a big selling point for me, so to hear that it was closed was very disappointing. For a cheap hotel, I guess you get what you pay for.

I booked a suite with a separate room area with pull out couch for my son to sleep in. When I went up to our room it was just a single room. The front desk person said it was Expedias fault for the pictures being wrong. When I asked if I could just pay for an upgrade they said they were all sold out. Absolutely insane, worst stay of my life.
