The location of this property was ideal and within easy walking distance of great dining/drinking establishments. The property shows some wear & tear and there were issues with timely upkeep, especially a bunch of areas where people were tracking pool water into the lobby. But the staff was very friendly and, again, the location was perfect for our needs.

The staff and manager, Josh, really made sure I was happy. I had to complain in the beginning that (for no reason of their own) I did not get the room I ordered. They were more than pleasant about it and happy to either move me to another room or adjust what I had paid. I would definitely stay here again. All other things were good too. Very clean, organized and friendly.

The staff were amazing. They were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The property was a bit run down. Some updates and repairs were needed. Although there was damage throughout the hotel, the room and common areas were clean. I appreciate that parking was easy and accessible in the back of the hotel and another lot across the street. It’s paid parking.

Great place to stay downtown!
Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Staff was very friendly. Parking was a little difficult and cost money.

Staff very friendly, hotel very nice and clean. Check-in was a breeze. The breakfast was nasty though. Microwave breakfast sandwich and breakfast bowls were tasteless. Other than that, loved visiting this hotel.

I pulled in the parking lot, where there was no parking. I proceeded to look for alternative parking and was approached by what appeared to be 2 homeless men. This is not located in a safe neighborhood. I left and went to a different hotel.
