I loved the hotel but was disappointed to find out we had to pay extra for parking. I feel like parking should be included in the cost. Also, we loved the layout of our room, but it would be nice to have a door or curtain for privacy in the area with the sink and mirror. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful!

My daughter and I were in town for NAILE at the Expo Center and the hotel location was perfect! The hotel was VERY clean & the staff was very professional, helpful and courteous. Will definitely stay here again!

Very nice, new and clean hotel. Loved the rooms - bathroom tile was nicer than mine. Shower was large and the shower head was actually adjustable and moved unlike so many other hotels. Across the street from U of Louisville stadium and near horse track and can walk to dinner. The gym was fantastic as far as equipment and size incl Life Fitness stack. Only issue was its a fishbowl - no tinted windows, window treatments, etc so people walking down hall can see you in their bouncing around like a nut. Very nice hotel, would definitely stay again.

Donna was amazing. Super helpful. Disappointed that the pool was closed. It was in the 80's. Also new is a fee for parking. This is not a cheap hotel. It's a lot not a garage. Most guests were not happy about that. Otherwise great hotel stay.

Donna was wonderful at check-in. She was full of great ideas. Informed us of services that you supply that we would not have known. We came in on Wednesday, so she told us about supper that evening. She told us about getting a ride to Churchill Downs, even walked outside to show us how close it was. She was wonderful. Tequila was our driver. She was great! Such a fun person. Overall. It was a great experience. They are real assets for your hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel! It is close to the airport, so you will hear planes regularly, but that didn’t bother us at all. The hotel was one of the nicest, cleanest one night stays I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay here again.

Charged twice and no one will take my calls
From my credit card statement, it looks like I was charged for 3 nights which was rung at the desk on my employers credit card so this reservation was charged twice. I’ve called 5 times over the past week and left 3 messages at length and no one will call back to straighten out the issue. I was told I ask for Ally, buy she won’t return a message or take my calls. Seems a bit of a corrupt way to do business
