It was alright until we wanted to extend our stay then they made things so complicated and deluted that we ended up just leaving, but not before they took $306.88 out of my account then when we asked for a refund there was magically 250 in damages which is quite convenient seeing as thats the amount they hold as a deposit

Property was very clean. It's older but spacious and was great for what I needed as far as space and condition. There was no coffeemaker in the unit though, and the dryer was broken. The parking situation is very odd--you have to park, go up to your unit, get a key fob, and then go repark in a garage, and do the same thing checking out. The check in process is unnecessarily complicated. It's also in a residential apartment building; the owners are not on-site.

There was no one on site to help in case of problems, frist day went to leave and could not get into the parking garage to our car to leave , had to wait in room because of the rain and then had to keep checking to see if they had the gates opened, no one ever told us when they opened the gates to get car out so we could get to our conference and we was late late late , we do not recommend this property, got Locked-out of the room the 2nd day, everything is done by texting,no human or robots on the property to help anyone with issues, we don’t recommend this property

The unit is in terrible shape. Doors down, ice make not working, air conditioning barely worked. Furniture was stained and carpet was old and very stained and dirty. Kitchen had stains all over the cabinets. Bed was comfortable. Property was full so they could not move us and there were no hotels available. Kasa staff were helpful, and tried to do the best they could. On property staff and maintenance were very courteous and helpful.

Great location, needs a few updates
This was more of a VRBO style unit than a hotel. The unit was clean other than some crumbs left in the stove eyes. The location was exceptional we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would have liked to have had a bit more TP, only two partial rolls were in the unit when we arrived. There are also no TV's in the bedrooms much to my Childs dismay.

Very outdated, Part of the microwave was taped on, the dishwasher door only opens halfway, stained carpet, scuffed walls, the overall smell of the building was very strong smelling cooked spices that lasted all three days we were there, not enough garbage bags or toilet paper supplied, definitely will not visit the Louisville location again.

Full kitchen close to downtown.
Nice to have an entire condo with full kitchen. Would have preferred fewer stairs, as there were stairs up to the second floor of the building, then stairs up to the second floor of the actual condo, but that's a minor thing. The unit is a bit "tired" looking in a few areas, eg carpet looks old and stained, but the kitchen was wonderful. Easy walking distance to downtown and convention centre. Very clear instructions with pictures re: check-in.

The price is what attracted me to the location. The parking lot was too far from the room. The upstairs was extremely hot , there wasn't TVs in the bedrooms. All the windows were not locked when we got there. No ice maker , carpet was gross. I could go on and on will not stay here ever again. we actually only stayed one night and had two nights booked because of the bedrooms being so hot it was uncomfortable.

Honestly couldn't believe the amount of amenities provided. From washing machine soap to basic cooking wares. Parking garage provided was excellent and gated. Felt very safe and only 10 minute walk to almost everything great to do nightlife wise. My only problem I had was the key getting into the building was a little tricky(key may be a little worn) and I had a faulty float(wouldn't fill the water back in the tank half the time unless you touched it) in one the toilets but they were both just minor inconvenience. Super amazing value, location, and they give you just about everything in the room. Highly recommend this and would 100 percent stay again if in Louisville.

It was a decent place to stay and very close to everything in the downtown. Areas to improve: - Make sure there are no cockroaches - Carpet was smelly and not very good. It would be best to have wood/laminate floors for rental apts like this - kitchen was very old, some glasses were chipped, not enough wine/drinking glasses - have a Icemaker

5 stars all around! The whole family loved the apartment, especially the memory foam beds! It was so convenient to have a full kitchen, even with a dishwasher. We had a family movie night in the living room and it felt just like home (except a little cleaner LOL). Our only regret is that we didn't bring our dog but now we know the complex is pet friendly for next time.

Cool apartment in the middle of town, looks just like the pictures. Nice to be within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants. Free parking was convenient and Kasa had a great self check-in system that was totally contactless. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
