Great Place
Great place, great complex! Apt smelled amazing as soon as we walked in and was clean and perfect for out stay. The complex has a pool table, weight room, Golf Simulator, AND A DOG WASHING STATION!!! Parking for the place was challenging, but theres inexpensive creative ways to make it work if youre gone all day. Thanks for the stay!

Great spot
I stayed here this weekend and was overly impressed with the place. Once I got in the parking garage, the parking spot was very convenient to the apartment. The owner was very responsive to questions, thank you Tyler. This place is also convenient to downtown attractions, "4th St. Live" and all the dining options you can think of. Had a great 1st time using VRBO and staying in this apartment. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to be close to downtown Louisville.

A great place to stay
I "dinged" the check-in process slightly, just because it's so complex. It's all done for security, and I get it. Just be sure to read the instructions thoroughly before you park your car on the street. i felt like I was on a complicated scavenger hunt, and because of my arrival time, traffic was heavy and there weren't places available to park close by.

Great little gem!
Great experience staying here and Tyler was an exceptional host. Clean, updated space with lots of extras. Location was ideal. Security was superb. Bed was comfy and shower had lots of pressure. Will definitely book again!

Weekend girls trip
Although checking in felt a little like “mission impossible” with the number of steps to follow, Tyler’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. The property was exactly as advertised, safe and secure, and perfect for anyone wanting to be close to entertainment venues or wanting to hang out at the complex and enjoy the amenities. Highly recommend! .
