I love the OMNI brand of hotels. This one did not compare to the Atlanta's OMNI. Not close. Parking was a giant mess. Although the man managing the whole roll of traffic under the canopy was very organized and good at this job. Extremely hard worker that deserves decent compensation for the amount of work he handles. It was a rats nest. Bell hops were great. Didn't like the feeling it would take so long to get my vehicle from your paid parking lot.

Stayed for a weekend trip. Mold in bathroom shower. No towels upon check in. Couldn’t get in contact with hotel via phone, had to wait for someone downstairs for 40 min. Valet help was remarkable.

The hotel itself is so lovely and the staff were attentive and friendly. It is disappointing how unsafe the surrounding neighborhood feels. Not walkable at all due to loitering etc.

I was shocked with the $45 a day parking fee ADDED on to our room. What are you supposed to do with your car when there is no parking lot and you are in downtown ( a sketchy area of downtown none-the-less)?
