Definitely not a family friendly hotel. Seems half the rooms are rented by the hour. Our room was big but it looked like it had never been vacuumed. Disappointing to say the least

It had a pool that was open our first day there, the water was all foggy and there wasnt stuff on the ground in the pool. Next day the pool was closed. Saw a cockroach. A bunch of homeless fellas were next door just hanging out and sometimes walking around the hotels parking lot. While in the pool 2 people tried to get us to let them in cause they could see through the window. Only good thing is jetted tub and convenient location in louisville

This place was terrible. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here. There is never any staff around to file complaints to. The neighborhood is unsafe. Right next to a giant homeless shelter. They cover the linens with a top cover and the comforters are ripped to shreds and thread bare. I had a comforter with a two foot hole through it. Dead bugs, etc.

If you have kids I would not suggest staying here. Right next door is a huge homeless population who run into the property once you swipe your card. Cleanliness is way below average. I asked everyday for them to vacuum our room. They did not in the five nights we stayed. We paid when we reserved the room so would have been out all that money. Overall I would give it half a star. Breakfast was good

We got a room with a jetted tub in it and the bathroom was disgusting as far as the jetted tub and the surround are lamp in our bedroom was smashed other than that everything was okay breakfast was good I did like the fact that dining is on the third floor they had a very nice pool they had a gym only the treadmaster work though the weights not sure what's wrong with him looks like they're missing a pen so I guess overall I would give them a six

Everytime we left people entered our room. Things were moved around a marijuana was smoked in our room. Staff was friendly but clearly they have issues.

The curtains in our room were hanging by 2 hooks and falling off the rod. We needed to jury rig them to keep the lights out, but we could not open the curtains. We had been there for 5 nights and never had the room cleaned or fresh towels. It is a very outdated and dingy hotel. Homeless hanging out across the parking lot. Had problem with Expedia pricing and staff would not help at all.

Stay two days I just wish they would have did a refresh on my towels in the bathroom they didn't give us an extra coffee the second day I was a constant drip in my room from the faucet place was okay you can tell people who repair stuff in the past weren't the best repairman but the bed was comfortable the pillows were nice

I was expecting a room the same as in the Expedia ad. Unfortunately it was the opposite, a room that was not only neglected, but also dirty, smelly, the beds in poor condition, the sink clogged, the floors scratched and dirty. the bathroom in a deplorable state with stained and dirty towels with cockroaches and other pests. Not to mention that it was more expensive than a stay in some international chain hotel. The only positive thing about it is the general manager, he gave me another room since there was no refund rule. He is overwhelmed without any real help.

I would never come here again!
I paid $200 for this hotel for the louder than Life festival. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling and chirped all night long. There were two blood stains on The blanket. And the jetted spa tub had broken fixtures and the Jets felt and looked grungy. I was very dissatisfied with this room. The only thing that I found acceptable about this hotel was their free breakfast.
