I booked through Expedia two weeks in advance. One day after booking the hotel canceled. With zero notifications. As far as Expedia new and I new the room was still booked. When I arrived my room had been canceled, from the hotels end. The desk clerk even going so far as to say she thinks someone called up to cancel. I still have not received a refund. I literally had to sleep on the street this night

Hot water was an issue. Air conditioner worked poorly. Room not clean! Left over food in refrigerator. Breakfast bar had no protein choices not even peanut butter, Choice was slim. Coffee bad!

Very limited breakfast no staff available for check out ghost town like--very eery...... property not well marked: easily seen from I-65 but not marked once exit taken room very warm upon arrival; finally cooled down with adjustment of window unit No place to hang towels in bathroom: had to hand on furniture in room parking lot minimally lighted, worried about security of vehicle this property was rated high by expedia ??????

Room was booked weeks prior and late arrival was confirmed. Arrived after midnight and a 6 hour drive to find a room with bugs crawling on the wall as soon as the door was opened and in the bathroom . When front desk was told there were bugs in the room he response was DID YOU SEE BUGSS OR DID YOU SEE A BUG

Okay, but ……
Stay was acceptable for a one-night excursion but room smelled like it had been closed up for a long time and king-size bed had three tiny pillows. When we got back to room around midnight, no clerk could be located and front door was unlocked and open. Came back down to ask for additional pillows and still could not locate any staff. Safety latch on room door was completely missing.
